Please be aware that all purchases or payments made by a user on ICORX are considered final. Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted once payment has been made. Also, the courses you select/pay for cannot be transferred to another user.
Every learner receives at least two days of demo classes as part of our online and classroom training, regardless of the course they choose.

Following your satisfaction with the demo classes, you pay for the training or course. As a result, we will not accept refund requests.
For our self-paced (recorded) courses, there are no refunds offered. If you run into any problems, nevertheless, you can email to us.
The course fee is non-refundable once it is deposited and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. It is also not possible to transfer the cost to another student.
Any disagreements pertaining to this contract, the training, or the course may be brought to the ICORX.
Without providing any previous notification, ICORX has the right to revise or modify its return policy.
